Product Nature & Hygiene

 Radiance Theory™ products are ingestible wellness supplements intended for personal consumption.

Due to health and safety regulations, products that have been opened, unsealed, or handled cannot be resold. Therefore, returns are subject to strict eligibility conditions. 

Return Eligibility 

Returns are accepted only if ALL of the following conditions are met:

  • Product is unopened
  • Safety seal remains intact
  • Product is unused
  • Item is in original packaging
  • Return request is submitted within 3 days of delivery

 Radiance Theory™ reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions. 

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Cases

•  Returns or refunds will NOT be accepted for:
  
    • Opened or used products
    • Broken or tampered safety seals
    • Change of mind after delivery
    • Personal taste preference
    • Individual result expectations
    • Medical concerns raised after purchase
    • Failure to review product details before ordering

• Claims of unawareness of recurring subscription charges after confirming a monthly subscription purchase.

 All product descriptions, ingredients, and usage guidance are clearly provided on our website prior to checkout. 

Processed or Shipped Orders

 Orders become final once they have been:

  • Charged
  • Prepared
  • Fulfilled
  • Or shipped

Orders already processed or shipped cannot be canceled.

If delivery is refused or unattended, shipping and handling fees will be deducted from any eligible refund. 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

 If you receive a damaged, leaking, or incorrect item, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos

 Approved cases may qualify for replacement. 

Refund Processing

Approved refunds (eligible unopened items only) will be:

  • Inspected upon receipt
  • Processed within 7–10 business days
  • Returned to the original payment method

 Shipping, delivery, and payment processing fees are non-refundable unless the error originated from Radiance Theory™.
