Customer Responsibility for Address & Contact Details 

Customers are fully responsible for providing:

  • Accurate delivery address
  • Correct contact number
  • Availability to answer courier calls

Radiance Theory™ is not responsible for delivery delays, failed delivery attempts, or lost shipments resulting from:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • Wrong phone number
  • Unanswered courier calls
  • Customer unavailability
  • Refusal of delivery 

Unattended or Refused Deliveries

If delivery is attempted and:

  • Courier calls are not answered
  • Delivery is refused
  • Address is incorrect
  • Shipment is returned to sender

The order remains valid.

Any eligible refund (if applicable) will be subject to deduction of:

  • Original shipping cost
  • Return shipping cost
  • Handling fees 

Lost Shipments

If a shipment is officially declared lost by the courier provider, Radiance Theory™ will investigate and provide resolution in accordance with courier confirmation.

Radiance Theory™ is not responsible for packages marked as successfully delivered by the courier to the address provided at checkout.
